Why is it so much easier to worry than to have faith? It takes just as much energy to have faith and trust in God as it does to worry about something. The difference is God can help you, carry it for you, change the situation but worrying doesn’t change a thing besides making the devil happy that you are doing it.

We can trust God and give everything over to Him to carry it for us or we can continue to carry it ourselves. I choose to give it to Him to carry. How about you?
